The aim here is to create a&nbsp;secure frame\u00adwork for the parties concerned in which an amicable and above all self-deter\u00admined conflict resolu\u00adtion can be worked out.<\/li>\n<li>Another aspect of internal company commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion is employee leader\u00adship and motiva\u00adtion. You have certainly often heard of so-called motiva\u00adtion seminars, where someone yells \u201cTschaka\u201d or something like that. This is not our m\u00e9tier, rather we offer you trainings on the topic of under\u00adstan\u00adding and partner\u00adship commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion from human to&nbsp;human.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. external communication<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We train your employees in dealing with custo\u00admers and suppliers at various levels of commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion. It is not only about engaging verbally with the respec\u00adtive counter\u00adpart but also about the inner attitude and the compre\u00adhen\u00adsive under\u00adstan\u00adding of all forms of communication.<\/li>\n<li>You receive repea\u00adtedly complaints from custo\u00admers who are dissa\u00adtis\u00adfied with your service and above all criti\u00adcize the courtesy or lack of empathy of your employees. We will help you to improve this by training your employees in both language and service attitudes.<\/li>\n<li>Your current sales or distri\u00adbu\u00adtion staff is not able to repre\u00adsent the company positively and successfully. We show your team how it can be convin\u00adcing in appearance as well as in a&nbsp;personal conver\u00adsa\u00adtion. This also includes training on non-verbal commu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adtion and body language as well as argumen\u00adta\u00adtion techniques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After a&nbsp;training with us your employees will be better equipped to recognize the problems, desires and needs of their respec\u00adtive counter\u00adpart and to deal with them in all areas.
